Microsomal Stability Database
Liver microsome stability has emerged as the most widely used technique for assessing metabolic stability of compounds in vitro. We have created a unique database which captures different parameters of liver microsomal stability assays like CLint and T1/2 for various drug and drug like compounds. Wherever possible, entries for liver microsomes from different organisms (rat, mouse, human, dog) are curated so as to make the database cover metabolic stability of the compound comprehensively. For the purpose of curation, a wide range of pertinent journals in the field is covered. An extensive range of assay specific data points is included so as to increase its relevance for in-silico ADME modeling.

We can further customise our database to include specific information to suit your needs.
